There are many many different vulvo-vaginal  conditions, they may even occur 2-3 different conditions in the same woman.  Some are easy to diagnose, some take time, some have chronic long term monitoring and treatment needs.  Some require cultures, bloodwork and sometimes a biopsy of the skin.
